The product arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately on assembly the adjustable seat height is too low, even adjusted to full extension. Not allowing for adequate range of motion to pedal. After sales service is non existant. Trying to find a solution, emails and phone calls have been unanswered. I do not recommend Cardio Online or the products they sell. Don't waste your time or your money.

We use it in our home gym and it's a great addition. It was easy to put together and works flawlessly. The display shows everything you need and is easy to read. Delivery to our house can be difficult - steep driveway. It went well and arrived quickly also.
Bad quality, while assembling, the screw of the right pedal does not fit into the hole of the bike axle and I can’t tighten them up. After a few times usage, the pedal fell off and the bike can’t work now. I basically waste the money!!!
Purchased for my husband’s birthday. He’s starting his home gym. Delivery was fast, the courier called to make sure someone was home, set up was clear and no parts were missing. This is my second York C410 as I gifted my first one to my mum. What makes this bike great is its build quality, ease to setup, seating and handlebar adjustability as well as the simple computer that has everything I need to get a good workout. Purchase was very smooth with fast delivery and excellent service. Hard to beat this exercise bike for the price.

The product and purchase process was great and all expectations meet, exceeded even. Then the delivery… It was left on the busy footpath outside our house with no notification it was there in the middle of a working day. My elderly neighbour just happened to noticed it and pool eyeing it. After some urgent phone calls my elderly neighbour, petite wife and daughter had to struggle with it to get it off the street and in the gate.
The York LC-RB Recumbent Bike is a strong quality product. I found the assembly of the bike quite easy and a lot of fun. The bike is very comfortable, and the seat is great. I would recommend this product and CARDIO ONLINE to anyone.

Same as many, I did an extend research before acquiring this bike. I inclined to this brand and type of bike after using it for more than a year with one of the famous indoor cycling centres in Australia and US.
